Our Perinatal Mental Health Therapists

Dr. Katie Kinsella, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, ACS, NCC, PMH-C

As a wife and a mother, I am passionate about family growth. I have had people close to me experience infertility, miscarriage, childbirth trauma, marital conflict, and postpartum depression and not receive the care and help they needed and deserved. These are just some of the issues I focus on in my practice. I have extensive experience working with couples and families preparing for children, managing the changes that occur as families grow, and processing the postpartum changes that can occur.

Jess Bouchard, LMHCA

My name is Jess. I am a licensed mental health associate, I am a wife and a mother of 3. The journey of growing and starting a family can be a beautiful stage of life and it can come with a lot of challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples work through all the changes that can take place during this journey along with also supporting individuals in making sure their voice and needs are being heard. I create a safe and calm environment to explore and understand the different stages of family planning, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. I enjoy helping clients gain an understanding of their emotions as they enter this new chapter.
