Emotional Support & Wellbeing
Postpartum can be overwhelming. Compassionate support includes active listening, reassurance, and guidance to help you process emotions, adjust to new and evolving routines, and feel confident in your parenting journey.

Feeding & Lactation Support
Guidance for breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping includes latch support, positioning, troubleshooting, hydration, lactation-friendly snacks, routine adjustment, and referrals to certified lactation consultants if needed.

Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and tidying help keep your home calm and manageable. Support also includes sibling adjustment, local errands, and organizing baby supplies, so you can focus on healing, bonding, and rest.

Postpartum recovery is prioritized with gentle care, hydration reminders, nourishment, and rest support. Guidance on healing, comfort measures, and body awareness helps ease the transition after birth.

1-hour prenatal Postpartum Planning Session included in all packages! 3-hour session minimum required. Package rates are based on 3-hour visits. 3-4 hour visits recommended. Hourly support available. 50% deposit required upon signing agreement. Payment plans available.
