I tell every client of mine from the beginning of our work together that the version of Gabby in the therapy room is no different than the Gabby outside of it. I value bringing warmth, humor, mindfulness, and light-heartedness into the work that I do because those are things that I greatly prioritize in my personal life. I truly believe that change happens organically when connection, safety, and trust are prioritized with intention. Let's collaborate, have fun, allow space for your truest emotions to arise, and work together to keep writing the beautiful story of your life.
